Return Policy

- All returned mural kits must have a Return Authorization Number clearly visible on outside of tube. To get a Return Authorization Number call us at 1-626-794-1415 PST. Credit will not be provided without a return authorization number - no exceptions.
- You may return any unopened mural kit within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
There will be a 15% restocking fee. There is no refund on shipping costs.
- Partial refunds will be given to any opened and returned mural kit (kit includes mural, transfer paper and directions/color guide) that are in resalable condition - this will be at the discretion of Elephants on the Wall.
- No refunds will be given for used mural kits, customization fees, resizing fees or custom murals. Return shipping charges will be returned at your expense.
- We can only provide credit for those items that arrive safely at our office. We strongly recommend that you send returns with some form of insurance and tracking service.
